Here are a few tips to help you benefit from the power of journaling:
– At least once each week, review the previous week and write about your motives, feelings, insights or miracles that occurred in that week — anything that you consider important to your growth.
– Try using different colors. I have gone through over 100 of the Bic 4 color pens. Each colourful page looks different and I remember them easier. And you can give a different meaning to each color.
– Write in your journal at least 4 times each week, even if you write just a few lines at a time. Create the habit.
– Pick one new topic from your journaling Hot List and write on it. This will help you get out of routine and into something different.
